Mindful life

Tomorrow I’ll start a new online course about Mindfullness, thanks to the Monash University.

I’m so excited because it’s been a long time since I’ve wanted to know the key points of this new subject and maybe I can improve my approach to communication, relationships and emotional health. I’ve always been fascinated by these aspects and one of my dreams is to work in the HR department.

Sometimes I miss studying.. many times I thought of signing up for a Masters degree.. maybe soon when my daughter is older!!

This course is easier than a Masters..I’ll study during my baby’s nap in the afternoon or in the mornings when the nanny comes to helps us!!! But it doesn’t take long!!

I’m happy. It’s important to keep the mind always open and active!!
